Bill’s Listing Presentation

For years, I would sit at potential client’s kitchen tables and discuss my marketing plan using a printed packet as a guide. The internet has changed the real estate business in a major way and online marketing of homes has become very important! I started to see it would be crucial to interactively demonstrate to potential clients the ways I leverage the internet to market homes. In doing so, I started taking a laptop computer with me and going through the various websites. This worked fairly well as long as there were no computer issues, but it also was time-consuming for the customers.

It’s still important to have the face-to-face interaction with potential clients in this business. It’s really the best way to gauge your comfort level with the other person. I still meet with potential clients to view their homes, and then again when I go back to discuss the results of the market analysis. As things have evolved, I’ve found by placing my listing presentation online, future clients can view the presentation at their convenience and without the distractions that come along with the phone ringing, pets barking and kid’s requests. It also allows people the ability to navigate through the links to other websites that I have posted in the listing presentation.
