As the real estate business has evolved, I’ve found by placing my listing presentation online, clients can view the presentation at their convenience. It also allows people the ability to navigate through the links to websites that I use to market homes. When I started selling real estate in mid-1995, print advertising was the main way to market homes. The internet has definitely changed that! The process I use to market homes relies heavily on the internet.
